Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be void for whatever reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the relevant statutory regulation.
If the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or in another EU member state, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business.
